[Documentation] Installation + works with? #6

Could it be explained how this mod fits into things? Can we play it in ... which part of the game exactly? I am new to EET so I don't quite know how it fits into anything. Would be nice if the main README or some other documentation place could mention this, e. g. where it belongs to within the EET series.
