Track server statistics #34

We want to track statistics such as memory and CPU usage, but also the number of polls created last hour, total number of polls, number of new users, number of open polls, number of HTTP requests, number of unique visits per day, etc., etc. I've been looking into using collectd, systemd and cron jobs for this.
