Meaningful package names #53

http imo not really that meaningful. We should stay concise though, database is too long-ish.

database is actually used by the Go standard library. http still not too meaningful the way we're using it.

Actually maybe we should consider splitting up into an http package that purely does the HTTP serving and parameter parsing and something like an api package that implements actual API functions.
