Shut down Sourceforge page

We should effectively shut down http://sourceforge.net/projects/jbox2d/, 
putting up a message that informs people that the new home is at Google Code.

Probably best to leave up the repo, though, so that the SVN history is 
maintained.

We should also make sure to update jbox2d.org to point only to the Google repo.

Okay, I think this is done, I added a message on SF and disabled a lot of the 
page features, leaving the SVN repo intact.  I also edited the page at 
http://jbox2d.org to make it clear that the GC page is the new project home 
(also added some refs to gwtbox2d).

That site could use a redesign at some point, but that's a separate issue...I'm 
half inclined to just point it at the GC page, but I'll leave it for now...

we could probably remove that old repo as well, I had copied over the whole 
changelist, so all of your and quixote_arg's changes are still here.

Ah, okay, I didn't realize the changes had come through, that's great!

It looks like we're seeing somewhere between 25 and 50 SVN reads per month at 
the Sourceforge site, which is not too high, so it probably won't be a big deal 
to just disable the repo altogether.  Will do that right now...done!
