Self-Assign Cannot Be Enabled #66

Documentation states to enable self-assign for a server with ;sa enable. However, this cannot be done on the public instance; it errors out. ;sa add ROLE works as is, but ;iam will not work, as the server has not enabled self-assign roles.

As far as I can see, this only happens with this one setting. I have no idea why. I will have to look into it when I have time.
