Making a new addon creates it at [Drive]:\[AddonName] #72

It should create it at: [DotaPath]\dota_ugc\game\dota_addons[AddonName] [DotaPath]\dota_ugc\content\dota_addons[AddonName]

I couldnt find an issue related to this.
