Overview

I have built the Classification Bar component as a stand alone component and also added it as a story in the masthead and sidebar components.

Reason

The Classification bar is being created to satisfy the requirement outlined in #2603.

Work carried out

• [x] Added story to Masthead component to include the Classification bar
• [x] Added story to Sidebar component to include the Classification bar
