Suggestion: Just exclude CPUs as runnable devices for the tracer so the hardcoded path is not needed in the KernelManager.

Is currently not relevant as CPUs are completely disabled.

Is actually still relevant as there occur still errors due to this path, even though CPUs are disabled...
