How should we define governance rules for this repo? #16

Regarding a question from Ruud Kassing about roles and responsibilities

What roles are we going to define for maintenance/development/contact. Do we need support from other teams?

My idea for roles: Product owner / Community manager Maintainer Commiter Contributor

Responsibilities (Roles in open source projects (oss-watch.ac.uk)) User support Marketing Design and implementation Quality Assurance Writing / Documentation Donations / support (basically sales)

Responsibilities can be divided among maintainers. Might be that a single person has multiple responsibilities, and some might not be applicable here. Just a generic overview so far...

Also use templates for issues and Pull requests
