Add project install instructions to project #2

I should have waited a month for the Hacktoberfest... but I couldn't. So here it is!

I could not get the project to install following the instructions in the readme, so I "reverse-engineered" them as I don't really code in Java.

Have fun!

Note: I could not get mvn package -Pwasm to work this way:

I may make a few small adjustments and move the installation instructions lower in the README, but thanks very much for writing them!
