Reflection on the Sprint What was the goal of this sprint?

Applying the information learnt during the ESOFT classes (Design and Testing and Implementation) and the implementation of the US’s of mathematics, as well as US’s 1 to 8 for PPROG.

What were our successes?

We successfully fulfilled nearly all requested items according to specified requirements and instructions.

What challenges did we encounter?

Discussion and Feedback What did we learn from these challenges?

We learned how to implement repository's, controllers and UI’s, and how to do the respective tests.

How did we overcome the challenges?

Working together to find a solution on how to implement the US’s and observing the template provided by the teachers.

What can we do to prevent similar issues in the future?

To prevent similar issues in the future, we can improve communication and establish clearer project guidelines.

What specific steps will we take to implement the identified improvements?

Evaluate every single task that will be distributed, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives.

Who is responsible for each action item?

All the team members will evaluate the tasks and complete them. The Scrum Master is responsible for distributing all the tasks and keeping the team working while maintaining a good team moral.

By when do we aim to complete these action items?

As fast as possible, in the worst case in a week.

Final Thoughts

What are we looking forward to in the next sprint?

The addition of JavaFX to implement graphic interfaces.

Any other comments or reflections?

We believe that our team will be able to conclude this next Sprint without many problems.

We believe that we can improve in our method so we can make our workflow more organized and clearer.
