Add the ability to Scroll down the context menu in the "Popular Cards By Trophy" visualization #565

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's annoying how I can't scroll down on the "Popular Cards By Trophy" detail box so I can't see every card

Describe the solution you'd like the ability to scroll down on that box when when your cursor is over it

Describe alternatives you've considered Another possibility is to just add a list version of the page that's separated by trophies

Updated. Removed tooltip. see values under the chart instead.
