Feature - track chat mainly donations #445

Idea/request:

  1. GET /chat/latest or something like that
  2. Double token, donations get lost becuase there is too many trades in chat. Became impossible to map a good worthy trade. Simple app to map better trades, and plan between clan mates.
  3. A new enpoint Chat with latests as a getter

Can't access clan chat. :(
