Update Config.ini - add initial Aerosoft CRJ support #22

I've added initial support for the Aerosoft CRJ series.

hello

I've done testing tonight and posted my comments in the code of the combined configuration changes. Some of the configurations are subjectives. Your call to decide how you want it to work but I have put comments that explain why I think which way is the best.

I've pulled the changes together to produce this configuration here: https://github.com/RoystonS/BetterBravoLights/commit/e810c549d9637351c7320218061cc4163b22c862

I plan to release it in the next few days.

These changes (with some tweaks from other users and the new MasterEnable feature) are now in v0.7.0. Let me know how it looks?
