Additional Features and Fixes #39

Added the dropdown menu and burger menu (currently not working)
Fixed the Vietnam map on mobile (working)
Adjusted the Vietnam map on desktop (currently not working) Would you mind having a look for the ones that are not working?

In every scene control function, the controller needs to be returned, so the reference is kept for later destroying on window.resize. And also you need to assign the new controllers to the variables

The nav is not working because you the previous codes fire click event and touchend event tgt, so the class is toggled twice
