On page load the header doesn't represent the same state as the content. This PR keeps the state in sync

Hello,

thanks for this PR.

The branch got very outdated meanwhile. However, the issue was solved with this https://github.com/RozbehSharahi/bootstrap_grids/pull/73 and merged.
