CCHARTED installation failure #20

Unable to install on Windows 10 due to CCHARTED dependency failing to install when using Python 3.10. Installing it by itself with Python 3.9 works fine, but doesn't help me much.

I can't read apparently, I installed Visual Studios C++ as it said and then it worked. Damn xD
