Possible new bbcode tag [dice] that will compute a dice roll.

Can use https://www.npmjs.com/package/@dice-roller/rpg-dice-roller for the engine, with rolls hidden until after post has been made. Rolls seeded by post id?

The big question is if we want to make it a seperate plugin even if it's a bbcode, so we can seperate issues/updates for different game systems, if not I'm fine with it here.
