Issue

Implement height restrict.
Implement img tag.

Requirements Met

Display an image with a height restriction.
Restrict height of multiple images to mirror heightrestrict support in current RPN software.

Scenarios Tested

Height restricted an image.
Height restricted multiple images.
Ensured text content does not interfere if inside heightrestrict tags.
Modified image's height restriction during post creation.

To resolve the merge conflicts you'll just need to merge remote/main into your branch and push it back up. These changes don't have updates from #66 or #64 from what I can tell.
