ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

  1. visit https://af-oe-staging.mybluemix.net/ and enter credentials if necessary
    1. click a search mode, click buttons or enter text in fields, and click search
    2. see that visualization page should have a box to the left of the visualization that has search fields with checkboxes.

Note: We will be doing a second pass through to further style the filter box once all of the designs and assets are finished.
