ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

  1. visit https://af-oe-staging.mybluemix.net/ and enter credentials if necessary
    1. click a search mode, click buttons or enter text in fields, and click search
    2. see that visualization page should successfully render a spider graph that is able to be manipulated.

Note: Although parts of this graph have been somewhat styled, we will be doing a second pass through to further style this graph once all of the designs and assets are finished.
