Update shiny checklist to include male and female variants with the party hats

I agree that the gender sprites are different, however, we voted earlier that rare shinies, like this event-only shiny, would not get both genders in the list since it is almost impossible to get both genders.

This was rereleased in December 2022 and now that we've had a few chances to get it, I would be ok with adding the other gender to the list now:
