Incorrect russian string

"Блокировка экрана коммутатора" should really be 
"Выключатель экрана блокировки".

I am changing the name to No Lock Screen.

If you'd like to contribute a English to Russian translation I'd greatly 
appreciate it.
Check out res/values/strings.xml for the most up-to-date english version.

The current russian version is out of date.
