added code for css grid #2

added CSS grid code. CSS grid is needed to implement CSS framework Bootstrap. CSS style sheet link is not working though to test the functionality. I believe this is due to the style.css sheet being inside the CSS folder which is inside the assets folder. need to move the style.css sheet into assets folder only
