Nothern cape municipalities not available #7

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I selected northern cape and the dropdown menu for the municipalities was not responsive Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expected the app to return a drop down of the municipalities in johannesburg

This should now be resolved from Ver.2.0.24 onwards.
