Action completed without error, while no shields branch was created, and log shows a 403 error.

remote: Permission to ptr727/ESPHome-NonRoot.git denied to github-actions[bot].
fatal: unable to access '***github.com/ptr727/ESPHome-NonRoot.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Expect action to fail if unable to create shield branch and / or json.
