Running multiple recalculates at the same time causes incorrect calculation #1

As per title.

This occurs when the recalculations are triggered directly or as a result of game deletes. This is problematic when deleting multiple games at the same time.

Haha, should delete them all in one go then recalculate, furthermore it should be changed to be a transaction with table locks to stop game inserts stuffing up Elo!
