PicView resizing issue #148

Describe the bug When trying to resize a picture and error message appears and the program quits. Testet on Windows 10. With version 2.2.4 x64.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start PicView
  2. Open an image in a folder with more than one image
  3. Maximize the window (it seems to work unmaximized)
  4. Click the view thumbnails or click on next image
  5. Now press "J" to resize the image
  6. Try changing the values
  7. Error occurcs

I'll have it fixed in the next release.

The changes has been added in the 2.2.5 version.
