Panning acts weird when zoomed. #27

After i zooming a bit and trying to pan with the mouse, it shifts 50-100 pixels to a random direction (i guess?) then starts panning. It happens pretty much every time.

I'm planning on trying to rework zooming for the next release, where I'll fix your mentioned issue.

@mirh Sorry for the trouble caused and the late reply. However with the release of version 1.5, I have spent a great deal of time working on improving zoom. You can download it here https://github.com/Ruben2776/PicView/releases/tag/1.5
