Semi transparent background? / Background settings #90

It would be awesome if you could add some background settings so that we can use PicView with a semi transparent background instead of the solid color.

Version 1.7 and onwards supports transparency. You can download at my website or https://github.com/Ruben2776/PicView/releases/tag/1.7
