GUI Glitches on laptops with hybrid graphics on Windows #128

On laptops with a dedicated graphics card the visuals in the GUI sometimes are not shown correctly. This is usually visible as surfaces not being rendered.

This can sometimes be fixed by forcing DAVE to use the dedicated graphics card instead of the embedded one.
