Allow editing cutoffs and time limits

Just occurred to me that while this tool is opinionated about these, it doesn't provide the ability to edit. Obviously feature doesn't exist yet but would you be able to create support for showing what time limits and cutoffs will be used (for the main purpose of people outside of PNW using this tool). Clarify that defaults will be used and that they can (or should) be changed afterwards?
