Edit world config from client config screen #49

It might be nice if clients that have EnchantedShulker, ModMenu, and Cloth Config installed and are either in singleplayer or have operator status could configure the world config settings from a second tab in the client config screen.

I'd love it if you could configure the mod so that I could put it in a modpack, but as the settings are stored in the world save it's not possible :(

That's not really related to this issue, but I'll keep that in mind. I like the ability to have different settings per world though, but I should be able to add a global config for default settings in new worlds.
