uhhh... hm okay. well I can tell you that I certainly haven't put a trojan in there. And I don't have access to a Windows installation right now to try for myself how Windows Defender reacts to the file. VirusTotal didn't find anything though (as it should), and you can see that the file hash calculated by VirusTotal is the same one as in the release notes of that file on Modrinth/CurseForge (8b77d80a9b5b7a2c6c1d3080d1bd4b8ee9c0542d080f0a7ca96f6650e31cf6d3
). Would you mind running a VirusTotal scan on the file that Windows Defender detected as malicious? If it has a different file hash than this then something else on your end must have tampered with the file, like a browser extension or so.
Ran it trough VirusTotal and came up with nothing too. Not sure as to why this happened, I've never had this happen before, especially on Modrinth. Glad it works though, thanks for looking into it =)
Since you confirmed on Discord that the issue is gone, I'll close this.
When I try downloading from either Modrinth and Curseforge it comes up with a trojan detected. Older versions of the mod don't seem to have this.
