To preface this I have not tested on the newest version of Inventorio but I do know that it exists on all before. When using
Sophisticated Backpacks and you have the auto feed upgrade equipped, when it feeds you and you are using a tool from the tool sidebar at the same time. It will remove the item from the sidebar and force it into your hotbar deleting whatever item you had selected and creating a sort of weird half ghost item where the tool used to be.
