After I added Dreams and Desires, I think it's affecting Inventorio cuz when auto swapping it dupes my tools. After I put my stuff in chest and clear inventory, it still dupes but it's a ghost tool so it just disappears when opening inventory. After reloading world, it reverts back to duping my tools.
