Shift+LMB doubles items

Could you please elaborate on the following?: 1)The version of the game 2)Modded platform (fabric or forge) 3)The version of the mod 4)Other mods installed. 5)Between which slots it happens?

If it's an older version, it could be bugs #55 or #9, which are solved in the most recent version

Hello i also encounter this bug. i think it only bugged on the sword. tools works fine. it happen when i swing at enemy and the item that im originaly holding gone and replace by the sword, which now i have 2 of them. i think axe is effected too but im not entirely sure 1.16.5 forge inventorio-1.16-forge-1.6.1
