Add workflow to auto-update screenshot

Updates demo screenshot in README on push to main. Takes ~8s.

All solution credit goes to Arihan, Dex, and Shan

• [x] Tested here
• [x] Env var SCREENSHOT_API_URL added to Settings > Secrets > Repo secrets

Downside: bad-actor content could end up in screenshot
