[x] Make the method selection dialog iteratively set it's isotope and material checklist from an isotope settings file
[x] Make only one material selectable
[x] Get the list of isotopes and materials (Laure could do this.)

Make one material selectable fixed in commit 3eadd4562be51730037cf95f6bd22dc15dcc1c21
