E.g. TEMORA2 spot 1 cycle 3 both the 18/16 ratio and the 16O1H/16 ratio are excluded because of the 18/16 ratio being an outlier in cycle 3. However, 218313 spot 5 cycle 16 only the 18/16 ratio is removed.

Need to investigate.

Ok so I just re-looked at this and it's not actually a problem. However, it shouldn't highlight the cycle number on the ratio if it isn't removing it (ratio change should cause background colour change).
