The README's caveat section added in https://github.com/RubyMoney/google_currency/pull/35 seems to be lacking the sort of fix brought by https://github.com/RubyMoney/google_currency/pull/37 (https://github.com/RubyMoney/google_currency/pull/37/files#diff-4a738c34f40d03c9a55be349edf8e379R134).

This is an attempt to explain what is happening under the hood.
