New Metadata settings implementation (SplitJsonSettings)

A new new implementation DatalakeMetadataSettings is requested.

I want to be able to split the configuration into smaller files (Seperate json's) this makes the versioning of configuration less sensible for conflicts. also it's easier to add/replace a entire section if needed
