Connection setting are not available in DataFactory.getConfigItems

When retrieving a list of entities the settings for the entity are available, but I also need the connection settings

Suggested feature is settings inherit. the settings from the config are passed to the related entities, if the same setting is also defined on the entity, the entity setting is used (and therefore displayed).
