Tupper integration #15

Either add tupper integration or copy tupper, whichever's easier

So copying tupper isnt really an option because its a lot of rewriting, so im going to do something like this: /tupper make|edit|use:SubCommand tupper:StringChoice (custom subcommand arguments)
