Add pollen count real-time sensor #56

MeteoSwiss operates a Pollen-Count-Network, and some of the Data is visible on the Website. Is this information in the API you're using, and if so, could you "just add" those values, or would it require a new API?

I would need at a minimum the API URLs and a stations listing. Right now we only have precipitation and weather station listings (please see hamsclientfork source code for that information).
