Suggestion (and possible feature request!) #372

First of all, many thanks for making this great app!

I have one suggestion in terms of the download presets.

As you know, on YouTube the best quality video and audio files are often separate.

However, youtube-dl will automatically mux the best quality video and audio with this command:

youtube-dl -f bestvideo+bestaudio <$URL>

Would it be possible to incorporate this as a preset in your app?
