Replace Crosswalk with something else? #1

Crosswalk is not maintained anymore: https://crosswalk-project.org/blog/crosswalk-final-release.html But we need it in order to make EME work everywhere.

It looks like this won't be implemented in Cordova: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-13840 We might have to create a Cordova plugin.
