enable a comment line in the submission form #20

I quite often find myself wishing there was a simple text box o=in the submission form which I could use to label my PDB2Movie jobs (with a label, a number, etc.). Something like:

2BE5, now with correct colors, low resolution for main web page.

This has been implemented on the test and production server.
