Stable version for production Server #9

Hi Rudo,

This request adds the review and remove features to the website. The email comes through correctly from the user on the PHP side and the code looks the same on the server side but I'm currently unable to fully test it as I am low down on the priority listing for my requests and none of the processes have started all day.

I've moved over a copy of the database to the production server now and once this pull request is accepted, I make cure the configs work for the production side.
