First step not working for me! #677

having issues with step 1, screenshots attached, someone, anyone, please help :(

I had the same problem, but found an answer a few days ago on this same site by someone who helped. When you start the first cell and get an error, add a new code below it and type "!pip install ffmpeg-python mediapipe==0.10.14" run, after that redo everything again, I think it will work.
